Ingredients:
1 Tbsp garlic, chopped

Method:
Step 1: Saute garlic and ginger on tawa with ghee
Step 2: Add all the spices along with the onions, chopped tomatoes and pickle paste and cook well.
Step3 : Then add mince, cook for at least 10 minutes
Step 4: Finally garnish with fresh coriander and serve it on sizzling platter.
