Fruit Roast

This is easy  to make and a great dish to present in a parties or potluck



           

Ingredients:
4-Brown bread slices
1 Cup-Grated paneer
1/2 Cup-pine apple
1/2 Cup-apple
1/2 Cup-strawberry
3tsp-honey
3tsp-sugar powder
2tsp-cinnamon powder
1/2 Cup-orange juice

Calories:180

Method:

Step 1:Chop all fruits into small pieces.
Step 2:Take a skillet with orange juice let it boil in medium flame.
Step 3:Add chopped fruits to the orange juice.


                                                        
Step 4:Now add paneer to the fruits and mix well.
Step 5:Take brown bread and cut it into your favorite shape.
Step 6:Put the fruit stuffing on top of the bread.
Step 7:Sprinkle sugar powder and cinnamon powder on the top of the fruits.
Step 8:Pan fry the bread until it becomes crispy. No need to fry it other side.
Step 9:Garnish with honey.This can be served either hot or cold.
