Yummy Snack..!! A savory snack from the region of Telangana (Andhra Pradesh).
Ingredients:

1 cup-Rice flour
2 tsp-Channa Dal (Soak Channa Dal in water for 20min)
2 tbsp-Sesame Seeds
1 finely chopped Green Chili
1 finely chopped Onion
Few dried Methi Leaves
1/2 tsp- Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp- Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp-Chilli powder
Water as needed
1tsp- Jeera
Pinch Baking Powder
1tsp- Jeera
Pinch Baking Powder
Salt to taste
Oil for pan frying

Preparation Time:10 min

Procedure:
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2: Add some water and make into a soft dough.
Step 3: Take a non stick pan and drizzle some oil.
Step 4: Take a lemon size dough and spread it over the pan with your hand evenly.
Step 5: Using your finger makes small holes in the center and drizzle some oil in the holes.
Step 6: Cover it with a lid and heat the pan and cover with a lid.
Step 7: Let it cook for 15 -20 min on a slow flame till it is cooked.
Step 8: Flip it to the other side and cook it for another 10min.
