Mutter Paneer Kadai Curry

       Mutter Paneer is an all time favourite dish for me.This is one of the easy recipes which i mostly prefer doing this for my family.Panneer,peas and the tomato puree all together gives the colourful look to this recipe and the secret behind this taste is the methi leaves.When all this ingredients mixed gives a restaurant taste to this recipe.

         Serve this hot with a fried rice or rotis.

                                                                                                                                               
Ingredients:
1/2 pound-Paneer
4 tbsp-Tomato puree
2 tbsp-onion paste
3 tablespoon oil
3-cloves
4-elachi
 chilly powder
Salt to taste
Cream or full fat milk
1tbsp-ginger garlic paste
2tsp-methi leaves
1/2tsp-cumin powder
1/2tsp-coriander powder

Method:
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan,add cloves.elachi and fry them for a second.
Step 2: Add methi leaves and fry it in the oil so that the raw taste goes off.
Step 3:Now you can add ginger garlic paste,onion paste and tomato puree.Saute this until it oozes some oil.
Step 4:Heat the oil in frying pan on medium heat and stir fry paneer for about 2 minutes.Take them out before changing the colour.
Step 5:Add chilly powder,salt,cumin powder and coriander powder.
Step 6:Now add water and cook for about 5 minutes on medium flame.
Step 7:Wait till the gravy comes to a boiling point,now you can add paneer cubes and fresh cream.
Step 8:Cook on low flame.
