Tofu Mango Mousse Pudding:

This delicate little treat is a perfect healthy dessert . Tofu Mango Mousse, this divine little cloud of heaven will leave your guests and your family craving for more.This  is a quick, easy and healthy mousse that you can be  prepare in no time .This is absolutely egg less mousse, here egg is substituted with silken tofu, for those who don't like tofu you got to try this, you will start loving tofu this way.

Ingredients:
150 gms Silken Tofu
1 medium mango, sliced(preferably ripen)
1 big pinch cardamom powder
A pinch of salt
5 table spoons  of brown sugar
1/2 table spoon unsalted pistachios chopped
3/4 table spoon chopped dried apricots
1 big pinch lemon zest
Juice of 1/2 a lime
1/2 a dragon fruit
dates 2  chopped
 
 

Cooking time and calories:
Preparation time:  20min   
Time to chill : 3 to 4 hours  
Calories: 88 calories per  100 gms 
Method:
Step 1: Blend smoothly the silken tofu, mango, cardamom powder , apricots,dates lime juice and the lemon zest
Step 2: You could also use flavoring of your choice.

Step 3: Let it chill for a while.
Step 4: Garnish it with chopped pistachios and dragon fruit circles in a shot glass.
