This is all time favorite breakfast,topping with spicy masala's gives additional taste.Serve with a chutney of your choice.
Ingredients:
Masala
1 tsp-toor dal
5 red chillies
4 bay leaves
2 spoons oil
salt to taste
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp-jeera

Masala Preparation:
Step 1:Dry roast toor dal at low flame until the color changes to light red.
Step 2:Now shift the roasted toor dal to the bowl.
Step 3:Add remaning ingredients dry roast them for 5min.
Step 4:In a jar add all the roasted ingredients and blend that into fine powder.
Method:
Step 1:With the ladle put the batter in the center of the pan and spread it circularly.
Step 2: Sprinkle oil on all sides of the dosa.
Step 3:Then sprinkle masala on the dosa batter and roast it at a very low flame.
Note:
- Masala can be stored in a tight container for 2 or 3 months.
