This is a spicy and tasty recipe,paneer cooked with different combination of masalas gives an extraordinary taste.
Ingredients:
1 cup Paneer cubes
2 brown onions paste
2tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Tomato puree
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Cashew nut paste
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 Cup Fresh cream
1tsp masala paste
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Masala paste preparation:
2 tsps Dhania and 2tsps poppy seeds and blend them into fine paste adding little water.
Procedure:
Step 1: Heat
butter in a pan and fry paneer cubes till light brown color.
Step 2:Add the onion paste and saute till it oozes oil.
Step 3:Add Ginger garlic paste and saute for some time.
Step 4:Then
add the chili powder, cashew paste, tomato
puree, turmeric powder, masala paste and salt and saute for some
time till the raw smell goes off.
Step 5:Add the fried paneer cubes,pepper powder and little water and allow it to cook till the gravy becomes thick.
Step 6:Finally garnish it with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
Step 7:The delicious Paneer Butter Masala is ready to be served!
