* Never leave cut or peeled potatoes or tomatoes at room temperature which may become source of bacteria that can cause partial paralysis according to a survey of research so be careful while storing them
* Beet roots are one of the "super-food" category as they lower cholesterol and blood pressure, improve heart health and liver function, reduce risk of dementia, and fight against cancer .This is even a good source for vitamin c which is important for tissue growth and repair, and foliate, which helps to reduce the risk of birth defects in unborn babies, as well as helping to prevent anemia.
* Both Onions and garlic can help lower cholesterol and help lower blood pressure.
* Tomatoes are one of the "super foods". Some of the benefits attributed eating the tomato included a strengthened immune system, better heart health, the neutralizing of free radicals and safeguarding of disease (including cancer) and the prevention of blood clots.
