"Kitchen " is the workplace for home maker and working there really is fun. Cooking is really a great job which releases a lot of strain and sometimes an endeavor for mediation .
Listed below are facts that we really may or may not know or at least ignoring them even after knowing the facts hope this might help you understand them much better

Facts:

* Do you know that storing cut and peeled onions in freezer for more than 2 days is not good ,as they develop some bacteria which produce  indigestion .SO always use the raw onion once they are peeled and cut the same day  or else the next day.

* Noodles are the most easy snack or lunch or break fast depending upon our appetite but here is the fact that the way we cook noodles is unfortunately not the correct way as these noodles contain a wax coating on them they must be washed with hot and cold water after they are boiled to remove the wax coating, Because this wax coating takes 5 days to get digested in our body .And most importantly never add the masala given directly when on stove as it contains a lots of MSG with breaks down when heated to molecular structure and become toxic .So the apt time is to add it after turning off the stove and toss them to mix

* Never leave cut or peeled potatoes or tomatoes at room temperature which may become source of bacteria that can cause partial paralysis according to a survey of research so be careful while storing them

* Beet roots are one of the "super-food"  category as they  lower cholesterol and blood pressure, improve heart health and liver function, reduce risk of dementia, and fight against cancer .This is even a good source for vitamin c which is important for tissue growth and repair, and foliate, which helps to reduce the risk of birth defects in unborn babies, as well as helping to prevent anemia.

* Both Onions and garlic can help lower cholesterol and  help lower blood pressure.

* Tomatoes are one of the "super foods". Some of the  benefits attributed  eating the tomato included a strengthened immune system, better heart health, the neutralizing of free radicals and safeguarding of disease (including cancer) and the prevention of blood clots.

* Beans are favorite to many and even they are very good sources of fiber  which can help to reduce cholesterol, stabilize blood sugar and improve the digestive system .Not only the fiber they are even good for  excellent weight-loss and energy foods, but they are a great source of antioxidants, protein and nutrients (such as iron, manganese and B vitamins).
