Spicy Soya Burji

   Here are some of the recipes you may like as they are healthy (Organic) and easy to cook may take time as less than an half hour so lets get started .
Even tough not mentioned each and every ingredient used are organic in the recipes so try and enjoy them with your family as eating healthy with conscience is very important :

                                           Spicy Soya Burji
Many of you have heard of soya granules are good for health and here is another recipe that makes it more tasty than consuming them alone .This is a very low calorie food and nutritious food can be eaten with chapathi or filled to samosa or u can eat it all alone .



Ingredients:
1 cup of Soya granules (Organic)
1 big onion
1 chilly
Coriander leaves(Garnish)

1 tsp oil
1/2tsp garam masala
Pinch of turmeric powder
Pinch of salt
Cooking Time
  25 min to 30 minutes 

Calories:
 as low as 73 calories in 1 cup (from 3/4 cup of uncooked soya granules)

Method:
Step 1: Wash soya granules and soak in water.
Step 2: Chop Onions ,green chilly
Step 3: Put oil in a nonstick skillet and heat.
Step 4: Add chopped onion,chilly, Garam masala,Turmeric powder.
Step 5: Add washed and soaked soya granules.
Step 6: Mix well so that masala mixes proportionately with soya granules and cooked with the masala .
Step 7: Add salt to taste and garnish with Coriander leaves .
