A different flavored rice for foodie lovers!
Ingredients:
2 tsp. fresh cilantro
2/3 cup cooked basmati rice
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Lime
Cooking Time & Calories:
Preparation Time: 15min
Cooking Time : 10min
Calories : 250kcal
Procedure:
Step 1: Heat oil or butter over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted.
Step 2: Add lime juice and salt stir for 1 minute.
Step 3: Now you can add the rice and cilantro
Step 4: Toss it well to evenly mix rice, cilantro, lime and salt.
Serve it hot with your favorite curry
