Natural Remedies for Dark Circles

Dark circles around your eyes??????
 No matter how stunning you look  your panda eyes steal the show . Tried of concealing them with   best available cosmetics ???? Now it's time to use some natural and permanent remedies .

Causes :
  • Fatigue 
  • Nasal Congestion
  • Eyelid Swelling  due to your Sleeping Posture 
  • Chronic Skin Disorders
  • Cut two round slices of cucumber and cover your eyes with it , it helps to relax your eyes from any stress and there by treats the condition
  •  If you can get fresh aloe vera , cut it and massage the gel to the dark patches  before  going to sleep  , it is the most promising remedy with helps to vanish the dark circles. You can notice the change with in a month .

  •  Cover and relax your eyes with avocado slices
  •  Potato is also a good remedy for dark circles,  cover  and relax your eyes with raw slices of potato everyday as many times as you can . You can even grate the raw potato add clean water and wrap it in a cloth and then spread it under your eyes as a patch 
  • Make a paste with milk and ground almonds(raw) and apply it to the dark circles
  • Crush few night jasmine flower , mix them with curd and make a paste. Apply this paste over the dark circles let it sit for 10 minutes , then wash off with cold water
  • Orange juice which is rich in vitamin c is also a good remedy , apply it around your eyes and relax for a while before washing it off with cold water 
  • Mix tomato juice and lime juice in equal quantities and apply the solution over the dark circles

  • You can even use corn flour with yogurt and use the paste to treat the dark circles

  •  A gentle massage with mint juice can also help for eradicating dark patches
  • Mix castor oil with milk cream in equal quantities and apply the mixture to the dark circles
  • Finally make a paste with rose petals and milk and apply it 
In addition to These Remedies :
  • Drink lots of water or buttermilk or curd
  • Avoid stressing your eyes like relax them by massaging gently with your finger tips once in every half hour
  • Sleep at least 8 hours 
  • Avoid browsing your mobile or lappy right  before sleeping
  • Eat loads of greens and fresh veggies and fruits
  • Yoga is even proven to be helpful for erasing the dark patches .A regular practice of sravangasana  fetches good results .
