Warm Spinach Salad With Mushrooms

Good recipe when you are in a diet!


                                                                           






Ingredients:
4 tsp- minced shallot
1 tsp- red wine vinegar
salt, to taste
3 cups- baby spinach
1 tbsp- extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp- roughly chopped walnut and almonds
1 cup- mushrooms
ground pepper to taste

Preparation Time: 5min
Cooking Time: 10 min
Calories: 160 (Protein: 4g, Fiber: 5g)


Procedure:
Step 1: Combine shallot, vinegar, salt in a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan at low flame.
Step 3: Add walnut and almonds, stir them until they turn into light brown
Step 4: Take spinach in a large bowl. Add the fried almonds and walnut to it.
Step 5: Add mushrooms to the pan and fry them at medium flame.
Step 6: After 2sec transfer mushrooms to the spinach bowl.
Step 7: Add little salt, pepper and also shallot, vinegar solution.
Step 8: Gently toss it so that everything mix up well.
Step 9: Serve it immediately.
