Ingredients:
1 cup- Sooji
1/2 cup- Yogurt
1 tsp- Minced Garlic
2 tsp- Minced Chilly
2 tsp- Minced Onions
2 tsp- Minced Tomatoes
Pinch Baking Powder
Salt to Taste

Procedure:
Step 1: Mix sooji, yogurt, salt and baking powder in a bowl so that it does not form any lumps.
Step 2: Add garlic, chilly, onions and tomatoes and mix it well.
Step 3: Place the golgapa pan on the stove, grease it with little oil.
Step 4: Pour this mixture and fry it at low flame.
Step 5: Flip them to the other side after 2sec.
Step 6: Leave it for another 2sec until it gets cooked.
Step 7: Serve hot with your favorite chutney.
Note:
- If you don't have pan you can deep fry them.
- It doen't take much of your time for cooking.
- You will get aroma when it is cooked.
