I have invited my friends to potluck and thought of decorating my serving table more vibrant and fresh , so, made these tomato roses and they really turned out to be glance sealing . This is a very very basic carving and even beginners (like me ) can give a try .
All you need is:
Fresh and almost ripen tomatoes
Sharp knife
Spring onions 1 - 2 strands
The larger the tomato the larger your rose will be . I have selected small size tomatoes , which are a bit more ripen than needed , so ended up giving more vibrant color
