Rice Bowl with Fried Egg and Avocado


This bowl is packed with protein and fiber which balances your body needs particularly when you are in a diet. Make it extra tasty by adding your favorite sauce to this recipe. Simple ingredients and quick procedure which doesn't take much of your time with less carbs in it.
                                                                                   





Step 1: Mix onions, brown rice and lemon juice in a bowl. Add little salt and pepper and mix it well.
Step 2: Heat oil in a skillet. Crack egg add little olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook this for few seconds. Flip this and cook the other side also.
Step 3: In a rice bowl, add avocado slices and salad sauce of your choice and enjoy this dish.

  1. This sounds lovely! And nutritious! Avocados aren't easily available here. I usually use them in my recipes when I visit Delhi.
