Garlic kulcha

I tried this without using yeast. It came out very well  just like in a restaurant. Roll kulchas perfectly round, the charm lies in rolling them.Serve hot with  spicy and gravy rich curries.

3 cups Maida/All purpose flour
2 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp grated garlic
1 cup hot milk

Step 1:Mix salt, sugar and flour in a large bowl.
Step 2:Sprinkle baking powder.
Step 3:Put 2 teaspoons of  oil, curd and hot milk, and  mix well.
Step 4:Make a soft stiff dough.
Step 5:Cover with a wet cloth.
Step 6:Keep aside for 4 hours.
Step 7:Grease of dough and break into lumps.
Step 8:Filling with garlic pieces, roll or pat to a thick round about 6"  diameter.
Step 9:Roast on hot pan till golden spots appear.

The other way of doing is on griddle.Initially heat griddle, put the kulcha on it and spread butter.Let this cook on medium flame.Leave it till golden spots appear.Similarly fry on the other side.

Best when done fresh, or refrigerate dough.
