Garlic kulcha

I tried this without using yeast. It came out very well  just like in a restaurant. Roll kulchas perfectly round, the charm lies in rolling them.Serve hot with  spicy and gravy rich curries.

The other way of doing is on griddle.Initially heat griddle, put the kulcha on it and spread butter.Let this cook on medium flame.Leave it till golden spots appear.Similarly fry on the other side.
