Irritating Dandruff

Today I want to share some natural and well proven remedies for those  who have a irritating scalp,as hair is really one of our best assets.Hair really changes the shape of your face ,so don't let the dandruff rule your hair,wipe it off.
Dandruff the most significant and common problem that many people face .Every person has some degree of its exposure often leading to a scratch-  itchy scalp .

Lets have a look how to eradicate the problem from roots 


  • Ignorance,yes ,a lot of people ignore to condition the hair which leads to scales.This scalps triggers itching and scratching.If you scratch very vigorously it really ends up into a wound ,this is where its bound to infections .So do use some conditioner to avoid scaling 
  • Massaging your scalp with green tea (anti oxidant) really helps to exfoliate dry flakes without dehydrating your skin.To do this try this ,immerse two bags of green tea in hot water for about 20 minutes until you have  a concentration that  is strong enough and then massage the solution to your scalp .




  • Thyme a very common herb, has a very mild antiseptic properties that help to sooth the effect of dandruff.Take  some thyme into water and boil for about 10 minutes , strain the broth  and pour half  of the concentration  on a damp and clean hair .Make sure that the scalp is covered ,now massage gently .DON'T rinse  .You can use the next half on another day 
  • Olive Oil is really a great and natural moisturizer , wet your hair ,take some lukewarm Olive oil and gently massage .Put a shower cap or bun it and leave for about 30 minutes and then wash your hair with anti dandruff shampoo


  • Take some Fenugreek seeds , soak them overnight ,add yogurt or curd and grind into a fine paste and apply it to your scalp and leave it for about half hour and then rinse off with a shampoo
  • Take some hibiscus leaves Crush the leaves, hibiscus flower and gooseberry and extract the juices. Add the extracted juice to the coconut oil and bring it to a boil. Let the solution cool down. Apply and massage your scalp with it. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water. It also soothes the itchy and scaly head with its cooling effect (make sure to take some unscented or pure oil)  use it regularly for better results


  • Check if you have a tendency of increasing your dandruff if you consume Almonds too often, if no effect take 10 almonds and soak them overnight and peel the skins and consume it every day it not only nourishes the hair but also helps to eradicate the infections by moisturizing.You can use almond oil also


  • Moisturize your hair with eggs, take one egg white and apply to your hair and scalp and let it dry  for about 30 minutes and then take a shower


  • Apply lemon to your scalp ,massage it gently before your head bath
  • Use Tee tree oil regularly by massaging gently and leaving it for half hour before you take shower
  • Take some hibiscus leaves and grind them and apply to your hair 





TIPS:



  • Have a healthy diet with lots of protein and vitamins 
  • Use or apply Vitamin E oil to your hair to enrich and drive away the dryness
  • One quick tip not to get rid of moisturizer is to never wash your hair with hot water use lukewarm water for your hair washing
  • When you use anti dandruff shampoo better use some mildly diluted shampoo ,if not take some amount and dilute it with  water before applying it your scalp
  • Wet your hair before applying oil because  if you apply oil on a dry hair it goes into hair but not into the scalp
  • When you apply egg whites to your hair ,don't wash it with really hot water use some cold water as egg white is too sticky and may stick to your hair and scalp
  • Hibiscus leaves act as natural moisturizer and provides very good nourishment 
  • Don't apply too much of oil this may end up increasing the itching rather than decreasing it ,be sure to apply oil that moisturizes your hair 
  • Use baby oil for optimal results as they really sink fast into your scalp rather than any other oils reliving from itchy scalp
