Ingredients:
1 bunch of spring onions
3 teaspoon of besan
1/2 tsp chilly paste
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp oil
salt for taste
1 tsp of cashew nut
For tempering:
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp of cumin seeds
few bay leafs
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal

Preparation:
Step 1: Separate the onions and leaves. Chop them.
Step 2:Take a skillet and heat 2 tbsp of oil
Step 3: Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,urad dal , chana dal. Fry until they turn brown.
Step 4:Now add few bay leaves and allow them to splutter.
Step 5:Add onions and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6:Now add ginger- garlic paste , chili paste and salt to taste. Fry the paste until oil oozes out.
Step 7: Add chopped spring onions and allow it simmer on low heat and let it cook for few minutes.Now add spring onion leaves.
Step 8: Now take 3 teaspoon of besan powder and add water , make into a paste without any lumps.
Step 9: Finally add the paste to the curry and stir it constantly so that it does not stick or get burnt .
Step 10:Switch off the heat and garnish with fried cashew nuts.
Tip:
The recipe which I have shown you is a wet curry.You can even try dry curry ,only thing is that use only 1/4 teaspoon of besan powder and stir well until it oozes oil.
