Foot is the most important part in the human body and it is the only body part which we neglect most.Everyone knows that,whole weight of the body falls on the foot.So a good pedicure will keep our feet healthy and beautiful.


  • Our feet have sweat glands.Perspiration creates the environment for bacteria to settle. Wearing socks that keep feet dry will help your feet stay healthy.Socks made of synthetic fibers tend to wick away moisture faster than cotton or wool socks.
  • Warm days can make the feet lose all their natural oils, making them extremely dry. Thus, it is important to hydrate the skin in your feet to gain moisture.Daily applying of moisturizer can prevent this problem.
  • Soaking feet in warm water really works well.3 cups of warm water and 4 cups of milk, for dry feet add a couple teaspoons of olive oil or honey and stir well.Test the temperature before putting your feet in the water otherwise it will burn your feet.When its ready soak your feet in the water for 15-20min.
