Step 5: After 10 minutes take out the skewers , turn them  to other side and again spray some more oil on them ,bake for another 10 minutes .
Step 6: Sprinkle chat masala , lime juice and onion slice before serving .

Notes:

  • Mince/ crush the ginger garlic paste for better taste
  • Marination is  the secret behind  the  taste , so marination time is directly proportional to taste.
  • You can use all different colored peppers for better presentation.
  • If you do not have oven or grill, take a  non stick pan/flat pan heat some oil. Keep the skewered paneer on the non stick pan and fry the paneer and veggies till cooked. Frying makes the veggies and paneer a little crispy than baking or grilling .
  • Just to ensure that you have a smooth frying experience… add some corn flour to the marinade as it avoids the paneer from sticking to the pan.
  •  Oil is applied to the paneer and veggies to avoid them from becoming dry.
  • Don’t overcook the paneer as they then become rubbery, dry and hard. the paneer should be soft, well cooked and yet succulent. its better to bake the panneer tikka at lower temperatures for some more time than at higher temperatures.
  • The extra marinade can be applied or brushed on the paneer tikka before baking/grilling them.
  • When you bake the skewers they may burn , so to avoid them from burning soak them in hot / cold water while you marinate the paneer and veggies , take them before baking/grilling and skew the veggies .You can sprinkle or spray a little oil so that panner or veggies don't stick to the skewers .
