Save Your Eyesight

     Our eyes are the windows for health status.Poor eyesight is often linked to cardiovascular disease,hormonal imbalances or some sort of inflammations.Little care will keep you healthy.
These simple tips will help you to improve your eyesight:                                           

  • Avoid eating sugars.
  • Load your diet with dark green leafy vegetables and orange-colored food which are packed with free radical neutralizing anti-oxidants.
  • Also add fish,egg,nuts,beans.
  • Simple exercises:
                 1.With the help of your fingers softly rub in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction around your eyes.Be careful while rubbing.
                  2.Place your palms over your eyes until you see total black.
                            Do this exercises for couple of minutes.This will improve your eye sight. 

  • Get your eyes checked regularly.
  • Choosing right kind of sunglasses will help protect your eyes from the sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays.
