Microwave Stuffed Baigan Fry

       Brinjal curry is the perfect dish for picky eaters.Different Indian spices used gives a delicious taste to this recipe.
                                                                                      
                                                                            

Ingredients:
5-Brinjal/Egg Plant
1/2 cup-Onion Paste
1tsp-Ginger Garlic paste
1tsp-Pumpkin seeds paste
1/2tsp-Dhania powder
1/2tsp-Cinnamon powder
1/2tsp-Jeera powder
1tsp-Red Chilly Powder
3tsp-Fresh Curd
2tsp-Butter
Salt to taste

Procedure:
Step 1:In a bowl mix all the ingredients mentioned.
Step 2:Wash and cut brinjal's into 4 upto 3/4 lengthwise.
Step 3:Stuff the brinjal with the paste.
Step 4:Preheat the oven to 250 degree C
Step 5:Brush the slices with oil or butter.Microwave for 15min
Step 6:With the knife check if it is cooked(colour of the brinjal changes when it is cooked).
Step 7:Serve hot with rice or roti's.
