Sunundalu

      Delicious looking sunundalu is a "Traditional Andhra Dish"..This is a protein rich food. Easy to prepare and taste yummy.



                                                                                  
Ingredients:
2 pods – cardamom
1/2 cup – Dry fruits
1/2cup – Ghee
1 tsp – Rice
1 1/2 cup- powdered Sugar
2 cup – Urad dal


Cooking Time:
Preparation Time:10min
Cooking Time:20min


Method:
Step 1:Dry roast Urad dal till golden brown colour.
Step 2:Add rice and roast for 2min  
Step 3:Blend the urad dal and rice to a fine powder.
Step 4:Blend Sugar and keep a side.
Step 5:In a pan add little ghee fry dry fruits , then add ural dal powder mix well add sugar mix well.
Step 6:With the help of ghee prepare laddus.


Note:
  • The urad dal and sugar mixture can be stored for 2 months to make instant laddus.
  • Laddus can be stored in a tight container for 2 weeks
  • Instead of sugar you can also use 1 1/2cup jaggery.
