Green spread makes this sandwich tasty and colorful. This is little juicy and crunchy in taste and gives a fresh feel when you take a bite.
Ingredients:
4 Slices- Whole Grain Bread
1 cup- Fresh Mint Leaves
1/2 Cup- Fresh Coriander Leaves
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp grated ginger
2 tsp- Almonds
1 tsp- Roasted Channa Dal
1/2 tsp- Olive Oil
1 tsp- Lime Juice
Topping:
1/2 Cup- Cucumber Slice
1/2 Cup- Minced Onions
Grated Cheese (Optional)
Procedure:
Step 1: In a blender jar, take all these ingredients together- Mint leaves, Coriander leaves, Almonds, Channa Dal, Lime juice, Salt, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper. Make this into a fine paste.
Step 2: Trim the edges of the bread. Toast all the slices of the bread.
Step 3: Spread this green sauce on each slice of the bread.
Step 4: Now add little of onions all around the bread.
Step 5: Top with cucumber slice. Sprinkle some cheese.
Step 6: Top it with second slice. Now its ready to serve.
