Ravva Dosa one of the lip smacking and crispy dosa which keeps you full for longer time and can be prepared in no time .
Ingredients:
All purpose flour 3/4 cup
Rice Flour 1/4 cup
Sooji 2 to 3 table spoons
Yogurt 1 cup
Cumin Seeds 1/4 table spoon
Salt for taste
Olive Oil/ Butter/ Ghee 2 to 3 table spoons
Carrot 1 grated
Onion finely chopped 1/2 cup
Ginger chopped finely 1 table spoon
Coriander leaves finely chopped
Cooking Time & Calories:
Preparing Time : 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Calories : 200 per dosa
Procedure:
Step1: Mix all purpose flour, rice flour and sooji in bowl along with salt and cumin seeds ,now add yogurt and water as reqired to make a batter which has a thin consistency , such that it pours out and spreads easily.
Step 2: Now let it sit for 20 to 25 minutes . Heat a pan and add oil or butter or ghee and spread it , when the pan is ready just spread the batter with a spatula or a small bowl without touching the pan with the spatula . You need to pour the batter in a circular pattern .
Step 3: Keep the stove in medium flame , add carrots, onions coriander leaves , ginger pieces and add little more oil .
Step 4: Let it roast for five minutes or until the dosa starts turning golden brown now carefully remove the dosa and serve hot with your favorite chutney .

Note:
- The more you let the batter sit the better the dosa would be .
- You no need to roast the dosa on the opposite side .
- You can add green chili pieces instead of ginger.
