Cooking Time and Calories :
Preparing Time : 5 minutes
Cooking Time : 15 minutes

Calories:Calories about 75 per piece
Method:
Step1: Cut the edges of the bread slices, cut each into 4 squares (I kind of like the crispy texture , so, didn't cut the edges )

Step2: Mix together the yogurt, chopped green chilies, ginger, kasoori methi, amchur powder, and salt. Dip each square in the mixture.

Step3:Heat oil in a frying pan, add the mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Step4:When they splutter, place the sandwiches in pan and fry on both sides. (Join two squares to form a tiny sandwich after frying one side of both the pieces). Serve hot with garnished coriander leaves

Note:
  • These can be served  with Tomato Sauce or Tamarind- Date sauce ,  I served all by it's own they taste wonderful
  • It's texture is just like like dokhla , as the bread itself contains some sugar in it you can serve without the sugar syrup
  • Do prepare in large batches they don't last more than 5 minutes .
  • Fry the bread in medium low flame as curd  turns brown in seconds , leaving you a burned dhokla
