What type of Body do 'I' have

Many of us get confused while shopping  about what to buy . Literally many of us  have no idea what dress or what outfit makes us beautiful and  handsome when it comes especially for women there will be lot of confusion to what to wear to make them unique from the crowd . 
             We just take care of our physic and fitness but never worry or think about what kind of body we do have and what fits it well .So given below are the body types of women and the types of outfits that fit them ,hope this help you to not to worry about your appearance here afterwards .   

  Straight Body Type (Rectangular body):  
You have the most common body type. This means that your hips and bust are balanced and your waist is not very defined.                                           

  • You probably have a bottom that is more flat than round.  
  • You tend to gain weight in your torso first and then your upper thighs and arms.  
  • Your lower legs are always shapely and one of your best assets.
                                             
                                                                        

How to Dress:  
  •  The vital part is to dress proportionally both top and bottom while enhancing your waistline. Rely more on tube-type dress and add  waist by dark , wide belt .However, to create a more curvaceous effect add volume (or the illusion of volume) proportionally to your upper and lower body by mixing and matching  is suggested 

  • Wear tops with collars, ruffles and details to  flatter your chest and try layering up this helps to add more dimensions to your body. 
  • Your lower legs are always your assets so you can try any kind of pants without any hesitation of it being tight to you , Infact  if you try clothes that hug your body you will be more curvaceous.   

Pear Body Type:
  • As a Pear Body type (sometimes called triangle), your hips are larger than your bust and you have a nicely defined waist.
  • You have an elegant neck and proportionately slim arms and shoulders.
  • You first gain weight in your bottom and legs flowed by your tummy and upper body.
  • Your waist is your best asset so don't be afraid to show it off.   
   How to Dress:
  • Style challenges include finding clothing items that fit both your waist (tiny) and your hips (a bit wider). Dresses can be a challenge because slim-cut fashion may not flare enough to accommodate the bottom half of your pear shaped body, while remaining tailored to the top half of your body.
  • Focus attention to the upper part of the body by choosing slim , fit tees or tops , button-down shirts  and cardigans. 
  • Wearing accessories to your beautiful neckline that will draws away all the eyes towards the slimmest part of your body. 
  • Go for 'A ' line dresses that slims down your lower part of the body. 
  • Avoid wearing slim fit pants which shows up your lower body so wear wide bottomed skirts or pants which visually  slim down your lower part.

  Spoon Body Type:
  • As a Spoon Body type (sometimes called figure 8), your hips are larger than your bust and you have a defined waist
  • Your hips have a “shelf” appearance, you are prone to gaining weight in your tummy and have a tendency towards love-handles. 
  • While you may gain weight in your upper thighs and upper arms 
  • Your lower legs and arms are shapely and your best assets.
    How to Dress:

  • Look for a clothing that has a mix and match colors like light at bust and shoulders and dark at the mid section (belly) this gives a flattering effect. The key is that drawing attention to the upper part of the body.
  • Go for  dresses with empire waist or A line dresses or tops, instead of tops with pleating (a double or multiple folding of garments ) below the waistline . Choose garments which highlights and  adds volume to  your upper body. 
  • Choose tops with wide necklines and go for chunky necklaces and earrings.
  • Look for a-line skirts or skirts that skim your body. Choose pants with simple pockets or no pockets at all. Stick with boot cut or trouser cut jeans. Never wear pants with a tapered leg and go with a mid-rise waist.
 Hourglass Body Type: 
  • Lucky you! You have the Hourglass body type that most women strive for. 
  • Your bust and hips are well balanced and you have a beautifully defined waist.  
  • Your have gently rounded shoulders that align nicely with your hips. 
  • Your waist is obvious and gracefully curves out to your hips.
  • You most likely have a rounded bottom and beautiful side as well as front profile
  • Your upper body is proportionate in length to your legs which are shapely.  
  • From top to bottom, you are a picture of harmony and balance.
                                                                           

  How to Dress: 
  • As you have the best posture you need not worry about your appearance but some tips might help you to enhance your beauty . So, choose V-neck tees or tops which enhances your upper body.
  • Your best feature is your waist so use belts to show it off and don't wear empire type  dresses which make you dowdy.
  • Lengthen your body with light color tops and dark bottoms.
  • Baggy jeans do nothing to flaunt your figure. Look for slightly flared bottoms that balance out your hips. Mid-rise pants will help hide any extra tummy, but low-rise also works great (as long as you don't go too low).

Top Hourglass Body Type: 
  • As a Top Hourglass Body Type, you have a beautifully defined waist and bust that is larger than your hips. 
  • You have gently rounded shoulders that align nicely with your hips. 
  • Your waist is obvious and gracefully curves out to your hips. 
  • You most likely have a rounded bottom and beautiful side as well as front profile.  
  • Your upper body is proportionate in length to your legs which are shapely.
    How to Dress: 
  • Choose tops that highlight your waist and help balance your upper body  with your hips. Try selecting V-necks tailored shirts and jackets,dark colored tops, tops with a band at the waist.

  • Try  bottoms that will enhance your lower body and help balance  with your upper body. Choose pants with flap style pockets ,boot cut,A line skirts and cargo pants.


Inverted Body Type:  
  • As an Inverted Triangle body type, you have a proportionally larger upper body. 
  • You have broad shoulders, and ample bust and a wide back.  
  • Your hips are slim and your bottom may have a tendency towards the flat side. 
  • Your waist is subtle and you have a tendency to gain weight in your belly and upper body.
  • Your beautiful,shapely legs are your best asset.
                                                                                
       How to Dress:

  • As you have shapely legs go for dresses that create an illusion of balance like select some dark colored tops which visually slims your upper body and  light colored bottoms.
  • Go for  empire waists and A line dresses that flatters your total body , however full skirts that fall from the natural waist line also work well. Simple wrap dresses with a higher waist are also flattering.
  • Choose tops with deep V-necks. Shoulders should not flare or puff. Sleeveless or long form-fitting sleeves look best while spaghetti and narrow straps will have a tendency to make your shoulder look broader.
  • Wide leg, cargo and trouser cut pants enhance your lower half and are the most flattering. Choose pants that are low to mid-rise.   
  • Select some accessories like low slung belts (particularly metallic or brightly colored belts that sit on the hips), body shapers that smooth your figure (like Spanx),  eye-catching shoes.   
 

Oval Body Type:  
  • As an Oval body type, you have a large bust, narrow hips, and a full midsection
  • You have a tendency to gain weight in your stomach, back and upper body. 
  • Your waist is undefined and the widest part of your frame. 
  • You also have a full, shorter neck and full face. Your buttocks are somewhat flat and your legs are slender.

How to Dress: 
  • Go for tops that will flatter your upper body like some square shaped which are wide,U  and V cuts even work for you .Go for tops that flare at hips.
  •  As your slender legs are your assets go for bubble skirts or wide legs pants that balance with your upper body .Select cargo pants that have embellishments.

Diamond Body Type: 
  • As a Diamond body type, your hips are broader than you bust and shoulders and you have a full midsection. 
  • You have a tendency to gain weight in you stomach, back, hips and buttocks.  
  • Your waist is undefined and the widest part of your frame. 
  • You carry some weight in your upper legs, but your lower legs are shapely and one of your most attractive features.  
  • You also have proportionately slender, shapely arms.
                                                                       
   How to Dress:
  • As you have a wide frame of waistline to slender it use tops with wide bands or belts, use wide U cuts or V cuts .Go for structured shoulders to accentuate your shoulders, tops that are flowing around the upper body.
  • Look for bottoms that lean and lengthen your lower half, try  dark colored pants with legs that fall straight from the widest part of your hip or go for lightly gathered or A-line skirts that skim your figure and straight skirts that fall from the widest part of your hip.
