     In many books we have read that "Yoga unites body,mind and the spirit. According to the yogis, the mind and the body are one, and that with a proper instructions and taken to the right environment, it can find harmony and heal itself. Yoga therefore is considered therapeutic."

In simple it can be explained as the one and only one exercise which can control each and every part of a body, even the inner organs.       
      Slowly increasing the duration of yoga practice can bring a  lot of  change in our body.
Here is a detailed description about yoga:
  • With its quiet, precise movements, yoga draws your focus away from your busy and stressed life, and brings balance and concentration.
  • As you learn  new poses and practicing them,you can enjoy improved balance, flexibility and strength. In this way you are reducing the injuries caused due to the daily activities.
  • Yoga might help with a wide variety of health conditions, such as cancer,back problems,menstrual problems,depression, pain, anxiety , sleep problems, fatigue and mood,blood pressure,diabetics etc.
  • If you're overweight or have cravings, yoga can help you make the healthy lifestyle changes necessary to gain control of your eating and drop those extra pounds.
  • Yoga offers postures which loosens the different joints of our body. As well as the joints in our body that aren't worked on.
  • Each asana have their own importance in which some really work good on the inner organs of the body.
  • It controls the body and massages all organs of the body.
  • It can control your brain and gives positive thinking. 

You should not expect yoga to cure completely in a short spam .Slowly including it in your daily routine and practicing it regularly will really help you.Many of them got benefited by yoga.
