Cinnabon (Organic)

This is an authentic American recipe and sure all the kids love this .How about preparing this at home fresh and tasty so that you can avoid kids going again after the cooked foods which are not guilt free .This is a very delightful recipe cooked in less than 40 min so lets get into this delicious buns.


Ingredients:
2 cup of all purpose flour
1 table spoon of soda
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/2 of panner block (which you can get from indian stores)
1 cup of curd or yogurt (organic)
1 table spoon of vanilla essence
2 table spoon sugar(white)
2 table spoons butter +2 table spoon butter
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 table spoon and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
pinch of green cardamon powder

For Frosting:
1/2 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Preparation time:
 20 minutes for preparing and 20 minutes for baking.

 Calories:
 250 calories per roll with guilt free and healthy as made fresh.

Method:

Step 1:Take the all purpose flour ,soda,baking powder and salt to a mixing bowl and mix well.

Step 2: Take panner into a blender and add curd or yogurt to it and give it a stroke till it smooths ,then add white sugar, butter (2 tablespoons) and vanilla essence and the flour and then blend it giving little strokes for 20 sec and remember not to over work with the dough.

 Step 3: After taking the dough out of the blender and if u feel it sticky just sprinkle the dry flour and then roll on the flour.

Step 4:Roll it like you roll a parata with some precision all over the surface so that it is even all over for the measurements taken we can roll it like 12" x 15" given that the width is sufficient to roll the buns.

Step 5: Now take brown sugar ,green cardamon powder , cinnamon powder in a bowl and mix them well.

Step 6:Take 2 table spoons of butter and grease the surface of the rolled dough and then sprinkle the sugar mixture evenly all over the dough.

Step 7: After sprinkling the sugar mixture start rolling from one end and if you fell the dough too sticky to be rolled take some dry flour and spread it on the roll to make it dry

Step 8: Now after rolling pinch the end of the roll so that it doesn't get loose when baking (no need to seal the both ends of the roll as they will be sealed when we roll) and cut the roll into 8 pieces.

Step 9: Now grease the cookie sheet with some butter and spread the rolls on it and bake it at 190 ° C or 400 ° F for 20 min in an oven

Step 10: While the buns are baking prepare the frosting ,beat together cream cheese, 2 table spoons butter, confectioners' sugar.

Step 11: Take out the cinnabons and spread frosting on warm rolls before serving
