Making soups at home is easy and healthy . This Green Peas soup is very easy with a yummy taste.You can make this as a thick soup or a clear according to your taste .
For Stock :

For Stock :

Cabbage shredded 1 cup
Ginger a small piece grated
French Beans 1cup
Cilantro a small bunch
Note:

For Puree:
Green Peas 1 cup
Olive Oil 1/2 teaspoon
Onion Pieces 1 table spoon
For Soup:
Vegetable Stock 3cups
Garlic Powder 1/4 teaspoon or Garlic Clove 1
Green Peas 1/2 cup
Panner cubes 10
Salt for taste
Pepper Powder 3 pinches
Yogurt 3 table spoons

Preparing Time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 20 minutes
Calories : 150 calories per serving (1 cup)
Method:
Step 1: Rinse green peas thoroughly and cook in microwave for about 2 minutes .You can boil them even by adding them directly to boiling water and cook for a minute.Drain and store the water. Take a blender and blend 1 cup green peas into a smooth puree .
Step 2: Take a deep pan or vessel and the vegetable stock & water drained from green peas and cook for 8 to 10 minutes .
Step 3: Take another pan add olive oil and fry the green peas puree , it takes generally 4 to 5 minutes to fry the paste
Step 4:When the paste is done , add onions , a little salt and garlic powder cover with a lid . When done add drained stock (store the vegetables ) into the puree and panner cubes and bring it to boil.
Step 5: Now take all the vegetables (except the green peas ) and make into a paste . Add the paste to the soup along with the green peas . Add salt and pepper as per taste .Switch off the stove .
Step 6: After switching off the stove add about 1.5 large table spoons of yogurt and mix it well. Serve either hot or cold .While serving top it with a little yogurt .
Notes:
- When green peas puree fries it gives out a sweet smell indicating it is done then you can add the onions , as we used a little of oil , oil will not ooze out when puree is fried.
- You can prepare same soup with sweet corn replacing green peas
- Whisk the yogurt before adding it to the soup , so that it wont break even when added to hot soup .
- You can add chicken instead of panner .
- You can add the vegetables directly instead of making them into a puree , so that you can taste all veggies in each bite , I have used the veggies directly instead of making them into a paste .
