If you are in a diet then you should try this salad
Ingredients:
2 cups- Shredded Lettuce
1/2 tsp- Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp minced onion
Pepper powder according to your taste
1/2 cup-Diced Tomato
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 Cup- Boiled Kidney Beans or Canned Kidney Beans
1/2 Cup - Boiled Chicken or Tofu Cubes

Calorie: 275(Dietary Fiber:11g, Proteins:32g, Sugar:1g)
Procedure:
Step 1: Take a non- Stick pan and add olive oil.
Step 2: When ready add garlic and then add onions.
Step 3: Immediately add chicken or tofu pieces.
Step 4: Just toss them for few seconds until the chicken is cooked and add beans and tomatoes.
Step 5: Switch off the stove and leave this aside and let it cool down.
Step 6: In a bowl take the shredded lettuce and add this fried mixture to it.
Step 7: Add the Guacamole dip to it and mix it well.
