Yoga makes your heart stronger

Do you observe the increase in heart beat during workout...???
                                                                                     
Reason for increase in heart beat..?
Most of the  muscles are used when we exercise, they must be replenished with oxygen, nutrients, etc. They also produce waste products that need to be removed. Blood is the only transport system to do all this work, so the more you exercise the more  muscles are involved which results in the faster blood flow the only way for blood to flow faster is for your heart to beat faster.

       Don't get panic. A normal heart beat rate is 60 to 100 beats per minute. This is a normal condition for a healthy man.
