Quick Tip:

Do you know that we can cure anything by just pressing our hand?

The hands are full of pressure points that can be pressed to stimulate  both  pleasure and pain. The nerves of the hands are full of contradictions. Our fingertips are so sensitive that they can detect the slightest bump, yet they are   tough enough to endure extremes of temperature and trauma.

Mudras can work within seconds of applying the hand position or sometimes within 45 minutes.Continuous practice of the 'Mudras' will bring changes in your body.
