Reshmi Paneer Curry

With fried paneer dipped in rich, creamy cashew based gravy, one can not miss out on this delectable dish!

                                                                                                                                   Ingredients:
2 Cups-Cubed Paneer
3 tsp-onion paste
6 black peppercorns
3 Cloves
1/2 cinnamon stick
3tsps-cashew paste
5 pods cardamom
Salt to taste
3 Bay leaf
1/2 cup-curd
3tsp-all purpose flour
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tsp-oil

Method:
Step 1:Take a pan and saute the paneer lightly till it turns light brown. 
Step 2:In another pan heat the oil and add all spices and pepper.Fry them in a low flame.
Step 3:Add onion paste,ginger garlic paste,cashew paste fry until it oozes oil.
Step 4:In a bowl mix all purpose flour and curd without lumps.
Step 5:Add this paste to the pan and let it boil.Stir continuously.
Step 6:Cover the pan tightly, turn heat to very low and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 7: Lastly add salt and paneer cubes.
Step 8:For more taste you can also add fresh cream.
