Ingredients:
1/2 cup-minced chicken
1 jalapeno pepper trimmed and minced
1 garlic-peeled and minced
salt to taste
1tsp-olive oil
1tsp-Hot n spicy tomato sauce
Pepper to taste
4 bread slices
1/4 cup-Minced Cherry tomatoes
2tsps-sliced onions
1/2 tsp-dried oregano
Topping:
2tsp- Mozzarella Cheese
4tsps-Fontino Cheese

Procedure:
Step 1:In a skillet,put some olive oil.
Step 2:Add minced chicken to the pan and saute it at low flame(until the raw smell goes off)
Step 3:Cut the bread into your favorite shape.
Step 4:In a bowl add jalapeno,minced chicken,garlic cloves,cherry tomato,oregano,onion,olive oil.Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Step 5:Spread this on top of the bread pieces.
Step 6: Now add mozzarella cheese and fontino cheese on top of the bread.
Step 7: Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees.Slightly sprinkle pepper on top of the bread.
Step 8:Bake for 10 min or until cheese melts.
Step 9:Serve hot.
Note:
Mince all the ingredients so that when mixing in a bowl it forms like a paste.
