Asparagus Omlet with Cheese

Easy and delicious breakfast in a minute.

                                                                     




Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
3-4 asparagus 
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon 1% milk
2 tablespoon diced tomato
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoon diced onion
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons cheese
few crushed mint leaves
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Procedure:
Step 1: Put some butter on pan, add garlic, onions fry them slightly.
Step 2: Now add tomato and asparagus and fry them for few seconds.

                                                 
Step 3: Add little pepper powder and salt according to your taste. Remove them from the pan.
Step 4: Put egg white, milk, salt and pepper in a separate bowl and start beating.
Step 5: Now again add some olive oil to the pan, put the egg mixture on it.
Step 6: Let it cook at medium flame.
Step 7: Add the cooked veggies on to the omelet.

                                                                         
Step 8: Sprinkle some grated cheese and mint leaves.


Fold the omelet into half and serve it on the plate.


Note:
 If you are diet conscious, avoid cheese or use low fat cheese and use skimmed milk.
