Green Fish Fry

Fish can be cooked in many ways.It is easy to cook and takes very less time.Our indian spices used gives a special flavour to this dish.If you are fond of seafood sure you will like this dish.The ingredients used gives a different taste.Serve hot with white rice or biriyani.
                                                           
                                                                                
Ingredients:
4 pieces white fish fillet
1/2 cup Mint leaves
1/2 cup Corriander leaves
1tsp pepper powder
1 tsp lemon
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic

Preparation time:30min
Cooking time:15min
Calories:250

Procedure:
Step 1:Mint leaves,coriander leaves,lemon juice,garam masala,ginger garlic mix together and blend to paste.
Step 2:Cut the fish into medium-sized pieces
Step 3:Take the blended paste in a bowl.
Step 4:Add pepper powder and salt to the paste.
Step 5:Now add the fish slices into the paste.
Step 6:Mix it well and apply it to the fish in all sides.
Step 7:Leave it for 30minutes.
Step 8:Heat oil in a flat pan and add the marinated fish one by one and cook until it becomes crisp on both sides.
