Heart burn is caused due to gastric trouble or indigestion , which produces burning sensation in the chest, just behind the breastbone or in the epigastrium,, the upper central abdomen. The pain often rises in the chest and may radiate to the neck, throat, or angle of the jaw.
1)Take a clove and keep it in your mouth, and suck its juices gradually , this helps to subside the heart burn
2)Eat some fresh papaya pieces or take papaya juice which is a natural heart burn remedy
3)Eat bananas which helps to aid the digestion , and helps to reduce the heart burn if your trouble is due to indigestion
4)Boil peppermint leaves in a cup of water for 4 to 6 minutes and then strain the leaves filtering the concoction . Add some honey and take it slowly for better results
5)Consume some aloe juice before meals, but be sure to take little as the juice may contain laxatives
