Perugu Pachadi

Thirst Quencher..!!!! Perfect dish for summer

                                                                                


Ingredients:
1tsp-Sliced onions
2tsp-Sliced tomato
3 Sliced Green Chillies
Salt to taste
1tsp-Oil
1/2tsp-Besan Powder
1 Bowl Yogurt
Coriander to Garnish

Seasoning:
1/2tsp- Mustard Seeds
1/2tsp-Fennel Seeds
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
1tsp-Urad Dal
1tsp-Channa Dal
Few Curry Leaves

Procedure:
Step 1:Heat oil in a wok.
Step 2:Add all the ingredients listed for seasoning.
                                                   

                                                                  
Step 3:Roast it at medium flame and then add curry leaves.
Step 4:Now you can add onions and green chillies and turmeric.
                                                                         

Step 5:Fry it, until it oozes oil.
Step 6:Now you can add tomatoes and salt to this mixture.

                                                                         

Step7:Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Step 8:Add besan powder to the mixture and stir it well without forming any lumps.
Step10:Add little water and cook at low flame for few minutes.
Step 11:In a bowl take yogurt and whisk it well adding little water and salt.
Step 12:Leave this aside for few minutes.
Step 13:Now you can add the cooked besan curry  to the yogurt.


Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve this with Roti's or Rice.
