Ingredients:
4 brinjals
1 cup- curd
1/2 tsp - chilly powder
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Preparation Time & Cooking Time:
Preparation Time: 5min
Cooking Time: 10min
Procedure:
Step 1: Cut the brinjals into round shape
Step 2: In a bowl mix curd, chilly powder, salt together
Step 2: Add the brinjal slices to this paste and coat it well to all the slices.
Step 3: Take a pan add little oil, now add the brinjal slices and fry them at low flame.
Step 4: Turn them to the other side and cook them for few seconds.
Serve them hot with flavored rice or plain rice or can also be served as appetizer
